A: No—we designed this service for organizations that already have gift administration handled. We verify and clean the data, but gift entry should be embedded in your team.
Q: What CRMs do you work with?
A: Salesforce NPSP, Bloomerang, Kindful, DonorPerfect, Little Green Light, and others. We can work with most major platforms.
Q: Can we start with just a few months to try it out?
A: Yes. We recommend at least 6 months to see the full impact, but there's no long-term contract. Either party can end the engagement with 60 days' notice.
Q: Do you work with our fundraising strategy?
A: We support your strategy with data and accountability. We keep your pipeline moving and your data trustworthy so your team can execute on the strategy you've set.
Q: How quickly can we get started?
A: Usually within 1-2 weeks of signing the agreement. We'll schedule a kickoff call, get access to your systems, and start our first weekly email check-in.
